Job summary

Lush in Poole is seeking a UK&I Retail Finance Business Partner on a 12-month FTC. You will partner with local leadership to provide robust financial information, challenge business decisions, and drive growth in Sales/EBITDA.

The role is embedded in the leadership team to influence strategy and performance. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for shop sales and staffing, and support major investments with financial returns assessment.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately analyse complex financial data and distil insights for strategic decision-making.
• Effectively evaluate commercial data and communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders and leadership.
• Use financial tools and scenario modelling to influence business decisions and drive growth.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) systems is preferred.
• Highly self-managed, proactive, and able to identify opportunities and anticipate challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insight to local leadership and participate in key meetings.
• Ensure Retail Leadership has access to financial information for decisions.
• Identify opportunities such as new sales initiatives or profitability projects.
• Support long/short term goals with financial modelling.
• Develop the UK&I property strategy with leadership input.
• Oversee shop reporting: Sales, Drivers, Staff costs, COGs by region.
