Our client, a well-established and commercially-driven business with an international presence, seeks a Finance Business Partner to join their UK team. You will influence strategy, drive performance and embed a data-led finance mindset across the organisation.

In this genuine business partnering role, you will work with senior Commercial and Operations leaders to deliver growth, profitability and cash performance, with exposure to ROIC and value creation.

Qualifications

• Requires a recognised finance qualification.
• 5+ years' finance experience, ideally within a B2B or commercial environment.
• Proven business partnering experience with strong senior stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills.
• Strong Excel and financial systems experience.
• A self-starter with a bias for action and genuine ownership mindset.
