Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking an UK&I Retail Finance Business Partner in Poole on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role sits in Finance and reports to the Finance leadership, providing financial insight and decision support for Retail activities.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for shop sales and staffing, analyze performance, and partner with Anchor shop managers to drive profitability.

Formación

• Financial data analysis and distilling insights for strategic decisions.
• Clear communication of financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Use of tools and modelling to influence business decisions and growth.
• Familiarity with BI systems is preferred.
• Self-directed, proactive approach to opportunities and challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial insight to the local leadership team and participate in key meetings.
• Ensure Retail Leadership has access to necessary financial information for informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities such as new sales initiatives or profitability projects.
• Support long- and short-term goals with financial modelling.
• Assist in developing the UK&I property strategy.
