• Proactively surface risks and opportunities to support faster, smarter decision-making.
• Support the development and execution of market strategies, including sales growth and margin improvement initiatives.
• Oversee key finance activities including cash collection and audit coordination.

Our client is a well-established, commercially-driven business with a strong international presence and an ambitious growth agenda. Profitable, fast-moving and investing heavily in their finance function, they are now looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their UK team.

The Role

This is a genuine business partnering role - not a reporting function. You will work closely with senior Commercial and Operations leaders, influencing strategy, driving performance and embedding a data-led finance mindset across the business. Key Responsibilities
