Lush Poole is seeking a UK&I Retail Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight and strategic input to the local leadership team. The rolepartners with managers to influence decisions and drive growth across the Retail function.

The successful candidate will own budgeting, forecasting and reporting for shop sales and staffing, while ensuring robust financial information and timely updates for UK&I operations. This is a fixed-term, full-time position based in Poole.

Formación

• Financial data analysis and translation to insights for decision-making.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to influence decisions using scenario modelling and financial tools.
• Proficiency with BI systems and data interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial insight to local leadership and participate in key meetings.
• Ensure Retail Leadership has access to required financial information for informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities such as profitability projects and new sales initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting for shop sales and staffing.
• Oversee shop reporting including daily/weekly/monthly sales and COGs analysis.
• Lead major investment reviews, including pay, bonuses, property, and systems.
