Qualifications

• Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
• Fully competent in using Microsoft Office software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar are essential, as is a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Strategic direction of the BMW Groups business by working with the TNR project team.
• Support the The New Retail (TNR) project manager and team to manage project timelines with multiple business partners within the UK, IE and Munich.
• Collate and track the potential risks or issues that could affect the roll out of The New Retail Project.
• Coordinate and relaying local market input to the Munich project team for key business requirements to ensure that they meet the groups operational and strategic requirements.
• Monitor progress of each of the local BMW Group workstreams to ensure that progress toward the completion of the project is working in parallel with the Munich working groups.
• Coordination of key project meeting and communications.
• Opportunity to work with different areas of the business such as Sales, Finance and Marketing to support them with their project deliverables and broaden your experience of BMW and business in general.
• Support the delivery of the change management programme for internal employees and Retailers. This includes working on the development of workshops, training and other events, and the delivery of these activities
