Job summary

evoke is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support UK-wide retail locations, ensuring EPOS and related systems operate reliably. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, coordinate with store teams, and travel extensively as required.

The role requires a Full UK driving licence, strong problem-solving ability, and a commitment to security and health & safety policies. A hybrid working arrangement is offered with some home-office time.

Qualifications

• Experience as Field Service Engineer across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to diagnose faults on retail technology and hardware.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for retail stores and offices across the UK.
• Diagnose and resolve faults on EPOS, payment devices, display, and networking hardware.
• Install, configure and replace hardware per standards; assist store openings and refurbishments.
