Job summary

NEOS Engineering is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover Devizes and surrounding areas. You will service, maintain and repair a range of specialist equipment at customer sites, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.

The role involves independent work, visiting diverse sites and applying technical problem-solving skills, with a competitive salary and benefits package including a company van, fuel card and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Field Service Engineer or similar.
• Strong mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Good hydraulic fault-finding ability.
• Electrical/diagnostic experience.
• Experience working on plant, construction, agricultural or specialist equipment.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs.
• Carry out inspections and safety checks.
• Complete service reports and maintenance records.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Provide professional technical support.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety.
