Heron Foods Limited in Bulwell (Nottingham) is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the store and a frontline team. You will ensure smooth daily operations and deliver great customer service, while driving sales.

This role offers 27 hours per week at £13 per hour in a fast-paced retail environment where your leadership makes a real impact on store performance and guest experience. You will be a keyholder responsible for opening and closing the store.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a retail supervisory or duty/shift management role in a fast-paced store.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organisational abilities and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve queries effectively.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented, and fully stocked store.
• Drive sales and profitability by managing performance and efficiency.
• Be a keyholder and take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager (opening/closing).
