Job summary

Heron Foods Limited is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations, motivate the team and ensure consistent, high‑quality service in our fast‑paced retail environment.

As a keyholder, you’ll manage openings and closes, drive sales, maintain stock and store presentation, and resolve customer queries to protect the store’s reputation.

The role is 36 hours per week with a pay of £13 per hour, plus benefits such as discounts, wellbeing support, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Retail Supervisor or equivalent
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Excellent organisational abilities and customer service focus
• Proactive and energetic approach to managing a dynamic retail environment

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
