Heron Foods Limited is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations and guide the team in a busy retail environment. You will ensure excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and drive daily performance.

With 27 hours per week at £13 per hour, you will be a keyholder, opening and closing the store when needed, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced workplace that rewards initiative and results.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Retail Supervisor or similar in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Proactive, energetic approach to retail management.
