Iceland Foods Ltd is seeking a Duty Manager for Southend-on-Sea on a seasonal basis. You will work as a Retail Assistant with a £2 per hour supplement when managing shifts, in addition to the base hourly rate.

Key duties include maximizing profit, ensuring product availability, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service while following company policies and processes. A supportive environment with career progression opportunities is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role ideal but not essential.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback when needed to improve the performance of every colleague.
• Sets the pace of the team, when on shift, by being hands on to deliver a great store.
