Qualifications

• Proven success in retail supervisory roles such as Retail Supervisor, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve queries effectively.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented, and fully stocked store.
• Drive sales and profitability by managing performance and efficiency.
• Act as keyholder and manage store openings and closes when the Store Manager is absent.
