Heron Foods in Redcar is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead a fast-paced team across a busy store. This part-time role (18 hours per week) offers hands-on leadership, daily customer service excellence, and a chance to help ensure the store runs smoothly.

You will motivate staff, maintain high standards, manage stock and cash handling, and cover keyholder duties when the Store Manager is away.
