Job summary

Heron Foods is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily store operations in Leigh. You will coach the team, uphold exceptional customer service, and ensure the store is clean, stocked, and well-presented. The role drives sales and profitability while maintaining store standards.

You’ll serve as a keyholder, managing openings and closures and supporting a fast-paced retail environment with focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Supervisor or similar in fast-paced retail.
• Strong leadership and team-motivating abilities.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
