Job summary

Heron Foods is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the store team and ensure smooth daily operations in Gateshead. You will oversee customer service, stock, and store standards while driving sales and profitability. This is a part-time role with 27 hours per week and a pay rate of £13 per hour.

You will act as a keyholder and support end-of-day and opening procedures, contributing to a fast-paced, rewarding retail environment. Previous supervisory experience in retail is preferred.

• Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or Duty Manager in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
