Job summary

TUI is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Bournemouth Castlepoint shop to lead and inspire a large team, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will coach staff, support recruitment, and ensure a proactive approach to customer issues, while adapting to new digital tools and store processes.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, with opportunities for development and career progression within the company.

• Lead by example and role model company values to inspire your team and deliver excellent customer service
• Personality and experience will assist you to guide, coach and develop your team to collaboratively reach high performance and standards that drive engagement
• Assist your manager in developing the team to be proactive and actively investigate and resolve every question or complaint. If things don't go quite right, you'll have the confidence to step in and take ownership
• As technology advances so does TUI, you'll work with a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge to actively improve our customer digital journey
• Monitor and report on customer feedback, spot trends, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to grow our business
• Assist with recruiting talent, maintaining a high level of engagement and a low level of attrition.
