Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is seeking a Department Manager at our Craigavon store. You will collaborate with the management team to run the store daily, manage at least one department including stock and merchandising, and lead managers to maximise sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will also have opportunities for development through digital learning and career pathways, with shifts covered by a strong leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experienced manager with proven leadership skills.
• Ability to view situations from a commercial perspective and drive results.
• Willingness to guide and develop staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for at least one department within the store, including stock ordering and merchandising.
• Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives.
• Provide a superior level of customer service.
• Drive your own development by taking advantage of our digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways and see yourself grow in a supportive place powered by our people.
• In the absence of senior management, you will oversee the store for the shift.
