Job summary

Primark is seeking a Department Manager who will be a key driver of store performance, customer experience and team growth.

You will manage at least one department, lead a team of managers, and collaborate with the wider management group to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will own daily operations, stock ordering, merchandising, and ensure standards across service and store presentation while developing your people through our training and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Experienced manager with proven leadership skills.
• Ability to view situations from a commercial perspective resulting in more innovative thinking.
• Capable of working and making decisions, in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive nature with a determination to succeed.
