Primark Stores Limited in Derry is seeking a Department Manager for a full-time permanent role. You will oversee a department, manage stock and merchandising, and lead a team of managers to maximise sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the management team to support daily store operations.
• Responsible for at least one department including stock ordering and merchandising.
• Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by setting goals and objectives.
• Provide a superior level of customer service.
• Develop yourself through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
• In absence of senior management, oversee the store for the shift.
