Job summary

Primark Yeovil is seeking a Department Manager to lead a store area, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work with a management team to ensure great standards and smooth operations across departments.

You will be responsible for stock, merchandising, team development and shift coverage, with opportunities to progress through digital learning and structured career pathways. Primark promotes inclusion and a people-first culture across 450+ stores globally.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to support daily store operations.
• Responsible for at least one department, including stock ordering and merchandising.
• Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by setting goals and objectives.
• Provide a superior level of customer service.
• Develop through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
• Oversee the store for the shift in the absence of senior management.
