Job summary

Jet2.com Limited is seeking a Retail Analyst to help grow our In-Flight Retail offering. You’ll analyse data, monitor demand and work with the In-Flight Retail Product, Operations and Supply teams to drive revenue and improve the customer journey.

This hybrid role offers office 2 days per week, annual pay reviews and colleague discounts on Jet2.com and Jet2holidays flights. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has strong communication skills, and a passion for travel.

• An interest in travel and the desire to progress within a successful, growing Revenue Team and company.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be highly analytical with the initiative and the ability to make informed, fact-based decisions with the confidence to explain the reasoning behind these.

Responsibilities

• Monitor demand and trends, drive revenue across In-Flight Retail, analyse reports and offer strategic recommendations.
• Communicate with multiple channels and audiences, including revenue teams and senior stakeholders.
• Work in a fast-paced, commercial environment with strong attention to detail.

As our new Retail Analyst within the Retail Revenue department, you'll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. Working alongside the In-Flight & Retail Revenue Trading Manager you'll be making data-led decisions to support the growth of our In-Flight Retail product. In this fast-paced position, you'll work alongside our In-Flight Retail Product, Operations and Supply teams to deliver the best experience for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing:

• You'll monitor the demand, trends and drive revenue growth across our In-Flight Retail offering and will analyse a variety of reports, making strategic recommendations to influence business decisions.
• Communicate regularly via multiple channels to a variety of audiences, including our wider Revenue teams and senior stakeholders within the business.
• Be able to work effectively within a fast-paced, commercial environment where attention to detail is key.
