Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is seeking a Lead Digital Trading Analyst to influence performance with deep digital data analysis and actionable insights. You will communicate findings to stakeholders across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, driving cross-team collaboration and data-driven decisions.

The role combines leadership of a Digital Analysts team with analytical focus on trading priorities, user behaviour evaluation, and performance opportunities in a hybrid UK office setting.

As our new Lead Digital Trading Analyst, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our performance goals. You’ll bring commercial acumen along with a strong understanding of Digital data and a track record of providing , interpreting the results and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for delivering analysis and insights to stakeholders to drive business decisions across both the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll lead key deliverables from the Trading Insight Pod, engaging with stakeholders to understand trading priorities and drive cross team collaboration to deliver actionable insights.
• You’ll work with the relevant data teams (Customer data, Revenue & Data Science amongst others) to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• You’ll guide and develop the use of different datasets, identifying opportunities to further the business’ understanding of user behaviour, as well as evaluation of past performance and competitor analysis.
• You’ll lead a team of Digital Analysts in delivering projects, supporting & developing individuals in the process.

What You’ll Have
