Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays in West Yorkshire, England is looking for a Lead Digital Trading Analyst who will drive performance with commercial acumen and a strong grasp of digital data. You’ll deliver analysis and insights to stakeholders to influence decisions across both brands.

You’ll lead a team of Digital Analysts from the Trading Insight Pod, collaborate with data teams, and mentor junior colleagues, while working in a hybrid setup with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering detailed analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Experienced user of Digital data and able to interpret and visualise data to tell a story.
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead key deliverables from the Trading Insight Pod, engaging with stakeholders to understand trading priorities and drive cross team collaboration to deliver actionable insights.
• Work with data teams (Customer data, Revenue & Data Science amongst others) to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Guide and develop the use of different datasets, evaluating past performance and competitor analysis.
• Lead a team of Digital Analysts in delivering projects, supporting & developing individuals in the process.

You’ll bring commercial acumen along with a strong understanding of Digital data and a track record of providing , interpreting the results and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for delivering analysis and insights to stakeholders to drive business decisions across both the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays brands.
