Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for a fast-paced retail environment in Warrington. You will provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain the store’s appearance.

You will work across all areas of the store, including online, tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines to meet customer needs. You may participate in seasonal events and must follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain the store's appearance.
• Work across store activities including online, tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines to meet customer needs.
• Follow safety procedures and policy requirements and clock in/out accurately to ensure correct pay.
• Contribute to a safe and welcoming store environment, including participating in events and maintaining compliance with think 25 when serving age-restricted products.
• If applicable, handle day-to-day Post Office Local duties and pass related checks.
