Job summary

One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our Warrington store team. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment and provide excellent customer service while stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

You will be at the heart of improving service through on-the-job coaching, feedback, and teamwork, ensuring the store remains a safe place to work and shop. Flexibility to cover shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, helpful customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to stock shelves and maintain store appearance.
• Willingness to assist across tills and general store tasks.
• Commitment to safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• If there is a Post Office Local, perform day-to-day post office operations and pass background checks.
