Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist customers, stock shelves, process payments, and help maintain store appearance while upholding safety policies.

You will continuously seek ways to improve service, receive on-the-job coaching, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere. The role may include Post Office Local duties where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Stock shelves and replenish stock to meet customer needs.
• Process payments at tills.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Encourage customer feedback through surveys.
• Follow safety policies and the Think 25 rule when serving age-restricted products.
• If the store has a Post Office Local, perform day-to-day Post Office duties and pass required background checks.
