BP Retail is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to work in our store locations in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, serving customers, and maintaining a clean, welcoming shop floor. Training will be provided for product knowledge and bp policies.

You will contribute to a fast-paced team, support promotions and loyalty schemes, and help ensure a safe and inclusive shopping environment for all customers.

Qualificações

• Energetic team player in a fast-paced retail environment.
• No previous retail experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues and customers according to bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment in line with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drink items from the Wild Bean Café.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock replenishment.
• Support bp’s offers, promotions and loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties across store, facilities and forecourt.
