Job summary

bp retail is seeking a customer service assistant to be at the heart of our store operations in the UK. You will help customers, serve food and drinks from our Wild Bean Café, and support stock replenishment while upholding bp safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues and customers according to bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drink from Wild Bean Café.
• Take in deliveries and replenish stock; manage stock as needed.
• Promote bp offers, promotions and loyalty schemes.
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt.
