Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and working in a team.
• Willingness to learn with online and on-the-job training.
• No prior retail experience necessary, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer safety and follow bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Prepare and serve items from Wild Bean Café.
• Receive deliveries, replenish stock, and manage stock.
• Promote bp offers and loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties in-store and forecourt.
