Job summary

Tesco One Stop is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will help customers, handle payments at tills, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

You’ll contribute to safe, efficient store operations and participate in coaching and feedback to improve service. Experience in retail is valued and you will work across multiple store areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer service role is desirable.
• Able to handle payments accurately and improve customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and ensure store appearance is maintained.
• Process payments at tills and support customers with purchases.
• Assist across store areas including online and replenishment as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and think 25 policy when serving age‑restricted products.
• Assist with shift coverage and coaching to maintain service standards.
