Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to join a fast-paced retail team where no day is the same. You will play a vital role in daily store operations, delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and maintaining a welcoming store appearance.

Each day you will be looking for ways to improve service through on-the-job coaching and feedback, while staying compliant with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Know my customers and serve them with passion and pride.
• Encourage customers to provide feedback via the 'have your say' survey.
• Work across all store areas including tills, replenishment, online orders and stock routines.
• Follow training to work safely and efficiently.
• Support seasonal and community events and create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance and contribute to delivering profit.
• Follow Think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products.
