Job summary

One Stop in the United Kingdom seeks a Customer Service Assistant to join a fast-paced retail team. You will provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain store appearance.

You’ll work across store areas, learn and apply training, clock in/out for accurate pay, and help ensure customer safety and policy compliance, including Think 25 for age-restricted items.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with enquiries.
• Stock shelves and ensure store looks tidy and well-presented.
• Process payments at tills and handle cash accurately.
• Help maintain store appearance and stock routines; assist across areas including online, tills, replenishment, vending.
• Follow safety procedures and Think 25 policy for age-restricted products; clock in/out at start and end of shift.
• May run shift in absence of Shift Leader/Store Manager; comply with training and policies.
