Job summary

bp retail is hiring a Temporary customer service assistant for NIGHTS on an initial 6 week contract in the UK. Training will be provided to develop the skills needed to support customers and bp’s offers, promotions and loyalty schemes.

The role involves serving customers at the Wild Bean Café, taking deliveries, replenishing stock, and maintaining store and forecourt hygiene. Applicants welcome from 18+ and night shifts are included.

What you will be responsible for

• Making sure that the safety of yourself, your colleagues and our customers, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with bp beliefs
• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café
• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and completing stock management tasks
• Being proactive in supporting bp’s offers, promotions and loyalty scheme
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities and forecourt

This is an initial 6 week temporary contract. As a valued member of the bp retail team, you will receive full training and support to help you succeed in the role from day one.
