Job summary

bp retail in the United Kingdom is hiring a Temporary Customer Service Assistant for night shifts on an initial 6 week contract. You’ll receive full training to help you succeed from day one.

You will serve customers efficiently, handle stock and deliveries, prepare items from the Wild Bean Café, and support bp’s offers and loyalty schemes while keeping safety at the forefront.

What you will be responsible for

• Making sure that the safety of yourself, your colleagues and our customers, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with bp beliefs
• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café
• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and completing stock management tasks
• Being proactive in supporting bp’s offers, promotions and loyalty scheme
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities and forecourt
