Job summary

bp retail is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Assistant for an initial 6-week contract. You will join a fast-paced store team, training online and on-the-job to develop essential customer service skills, with opportunities to support promotions and loyalty schemes.

You will handle customer needs, assist in the Wild Bean Café, manage stock, deliveries and cleaning duties, contributing to a welcoming, inclusive store atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Safety of yourself, colleagues and customers in line with bp policies and procedures
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment in line with bp beliefs
• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café
• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and completing stock management tasks
• Being proactive in supporting bp’s offers, promotions and loyalty scheme
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities and forecourt

We don’t expect all who apply to have previous retail experience, as you will be provided with online and on-the-job training to support you to develop the skills and capabilities you will need to perform your role at bp.
