Job summary

BP Retail in Norwich is seeking a temporary customer service assistant for an initial 6 week contract. You will be trained to support café operations and serve customers in a fast-paced retail environment. No prior retail experience is required, as you will receive online and on‑the‑job training to develop the skills needed to perform your role from day one.

Applicants from 16+ are welcome. You will help ensure safety, stock management, promotions and a welcoming store environment for customers

Responsibilities

• Take in deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock tasks
• Support bp’s offers, promotions and loyalty scheme
• Carry out cleaning duties across store, facilities and forecourt

• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively

• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café


• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and completing stock management tasks


• Being proactive in supporting bp’s offers, promotions and loyalty scheme


• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities and forecourt

This is an initial 6 week temporary contract. As a valued member of the bp retail team, you will receive full training and support to help you succeed in the role from day one.
