Job summary

bp retail in Milton Keynes is seeking a temporary night-shift Customer Service Assistant to help create a welcoming store experience. This is an initial 6 week contract with full training provided to develop the skills you need to support customers and bp’s offers.

You will prioritise safety, serve customers efficiently, stock shelves, prepare and serve food and drinks from Wild Bean Café, and assist with other store tasks in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• We don’t expect all who apply to have previous retail experience, as you will be provided with online and on-the-job training to support you to develop the skills and capabilities you will need to perform your role at bp.
• Applicants welcome from 18+.
• This is an initial 6 week temporary contract.

• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café
• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and completing stock management tasks
• Being proactive in supporting bp’s offers, promotions and loyalty scheme
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities and forecourt

This is an initial 6 week temporary contract. As a valued member of the bp retail team, you will receive full training and support to help you succeed in the role from day one.
