Job summary

bp retail in the United Kingdom is hiring a temporary customer service assistant for an initial 6 week contract at Pampisford. You will be trained online and on the job to support customer needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will help serve customers, handle food and drink from Wild Bean Café, assist with deliveries and stock, and uphold bp policies to keep everyone safe.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues and customers per bp policies.

• Prepare and serve food and drinks from Wild Bean Café.
• Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment and stock management.
• Carry out cleaning duties across the store, facilities and forecourt.

What you will be responsible for

• Making sure that the safety of yourself, your colleagues and our customers, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with bp beliefs
• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café
• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and completing stock management tasks
• Being proactive in supporting bp’s offers, promotions and loyalty scheme
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities and forecourt

This is an initial 6 week temporary contract. As a valued member of the bp retail team, you will receive full training and support to help you succeed in the role from day one.
