Job summary

BP Retail seeks a Customer Service Assistant - nights to join our frontline team at BP stores in Wadebridge. You will deliver friendly service, handle customer needs, and support stores with promotions and loyalty schemes.

Training is provided; you’ll ensure safety, assist with Wild Bean Café items, manage deliveries and stock, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

• Customer service passion and ability to work in a collaborative team.
• No prior retail experience required; training provided.
• Safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers is a top priority.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.

What we are looking for

Individuals with a passion for customer service and who are energised by working together as a collaborative team within a fast-paced retail environment. We don’t expect all who apply to have previous retail experience, as you will be provided with online and on the job training to support you to develop the skills and capabilities you will need to perform your role at bp.

What you will be responsible for

• Making sure that safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with bp beliefs
• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café
• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and stock management tasks
• Being proactive with supporting bp’s offers, promotions and bp loyalty scheme
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities, and forecourt
