Job summary

bp retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for night shifts. You will join a team-focused, fast-paced retail environment, where we provide online and on-the-job training so you can develop the skills and confidence you need from day one.

Your responsibilities include serving customers, ensuring safety, preparing and serving Wild Bean Café items, taking deliveries, replenishing stock, supporting promotions and loyalty schemes, and carrying out cleaning duties across the store, facilities

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and ability to work in a collaborative team.
• No prior retail experience is required; full training is provided online and on the job to develop skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts and in a fast-paced retail environment.

What we are looking for

Individuals with a passion for customer service and who are energised by working together as a collaborative team within a fast-paced retail environment. We don’t expect all who apply to have previous retail experience, as you will be provided with online and on the job training to support you to develop the skills and capabilities you will need to perform your role at bp.

What you will be responsible for
