Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our busy retail team in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same. You will support day-to-day store operations by delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain store appearance.

You will also engage with customers to gather feedback and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail role is preferred.
• Able to handle payments and operate tills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
