Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers on the shop floor.
• Stock shelves and ensure the store is clean and displays are tidy.
• Process payments at the tills accurately and help maintain stock routines.
• Support on-the-job coaching and feedback to improve service.
• Follow safety procedures and security measures to keep everyone safe.
• Assist with seasonal events and community activities where needed.
• Respect Think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products.
