Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, seeks a Customer Service Assistant in Shrivenham to join a fast-paced retail team. You will greet customers, stock shelves, process payments, and help keep the store tidy and welcoming. You’ll contribute to a positive shopping experience and support daily store operations with enthusiasm and accuracy.

You will follow safety procedures, support Think 25 age checks, and be ready to assist across store areas while providing excellent service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Stock shelves and process payments to support store operations.
• Help maintain store appearance and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Know customers and serve with passion and pride, delivering natural service.
• Encourage feedback via the Have Your Say survey.
• Work across all store areas to meet customer needs (online, tills, replenishment, stock).
• Clock in and out to ensure accurate pay for hours worked.
• Follow security procedures and wear safety equipment.
• Follow Think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products.
• May run shifts in absence of Shift Leader/Store Manager.
