Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join a busy retail team in Leeds. You will deliver friendly service, help customers, handle transactions, stock shelves and keep the store tidy and safe.

You will work across the store including tills, online orders, replenishment, and stock routines, while contributing to a welcoming environment and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Stock shelves, process payments, and maintain store appearance.
• Engage customers for feedback and help ensure a safe, welcoming store.
• Assist across tills, online, replenishment, and stock routines as needed.
• Follow safety policies and Think 25 age-check procedures where required.
