Tesco is seeking a Store Colleague in Ledbury to join a diverse team. You will serve customers with enthusiasm, learn product details and support service, picking and replenishment as needed.

• Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
• Putting training into practice, so we all work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
• Making decisions right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet needs at the right time.
• Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Being knowledgeable about store performance, understanding your role and contributing to service, sales, waste reduction and profit.
• Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
• Being yourself, living our values, making everyone feel welcome and following policies.
• Delivering deliveries into the store when required.
