Tesco is hiring for a Store Colleague to join our value-driven team. You will greet customers with a smile, learn our products, and support service, picking and replenishment tasks as needed.

• Work across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
• Put training into practice to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
• Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs.
• Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance and your role in driving service and sales, reducing waste and delivering profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and reach customers in good condition.
• Be yourself, living our values, and following policies.
• Occasionally you may be required to accept deliveries into the store
