• Work across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
• Put training into practice, so we all work safely, effectively and serve our customers brilliantly.
• Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet needs at the right time.
• Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
• Be knowledgeable about store performance and understand your role in driving service, sales, waste reduction and profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and reach customers in good condition.
• Be yourself, live our values, and follow policies.
• Occasionally assist with deliveries into the store.
