Job summary

Lidl Great Dunmow is looking for a Customer Assistant to join our busy store. This part-time, 30-hour contract offers early 5 AM shifts and a competitive hourly rate of £13.45–£14.45, plus benefits like a 10% in-store discount and a pension scheme.

You’ll help customers, restock shelves and operate tills, all with a friendly, can-do attitude and teamwork. Progression opportunities are available within the Lidl family.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store
• Passionately provide excellent customer service
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products
