Lidl Customer Assistant role offers varied shifts, from restocking shelves to handling tills, with a focus on delivering excellent service and keeping the store clean, tidy and well organised for every customer.

You’ll earn £13.45-£14.45 per hour (full-time or part-time), with 30-35 days’ holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount and a pension scheme. Lidl supports progression, with paths to Freshness, Non-Food or Bakery Specialist roles.
